Soccer Fields RFP
The Town of Townsend invites interested parties to submit proposals for the leasing of Town-owned property for the use of soccer fields. The lease shall be for a period of three (3) years on the date of execution of a mutually agreed upon lease agreement. The location is at Squannacook Meadows, Townsend MA.
Sealed bids are due by 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 26, 2022, at the Office of the Town Administrator/ Chief Procurement Officer, Town of Townsend, 272 Main Street, Townsend, MA 01469, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened.
