ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF WEST MEADOW RD INCLUDING WEST MEADOW ESTATES
Mass DOT is requesting that the water services to West Meadow Road and West Meadow Estates be turned off to allow for further repairs during the West Meadow Bridge Project. Water service will be turned off Thursday, December 10th at 9:00 A.M. and will remain off most of the day. Once water is restored you may experience a period of discolored water. These conditions are temporary and do not pose any health risk. As a precaution the Townsend Water Department may chlorinate the system if necessary when we have completed the repairs.
This should be the final step of this water main service. If there is anything that arises, we will do our best to make sure you aware.
