Final results of the Annual Town Election 4-22-2024

On April 23, 2024 a concern was made regarding one of the candidates running for office campaigned inside the 150-foot radius of the entrances to Memorial Hall.  An inquiry was made to the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Elections Division as to whether it was required to have an engineer measure the 150-foot radius from the entrance was required.  The Elections Division responded it is not a requirement.  Therefore, a measurement was made by the office of the Town Clerk and the accusation was put to rest, the candidate was outside the 150-foot radius to the polling place.
