NOTE: Open enrollment for a new employee is within the first 30 days of their start date. Lifestyle changes that are considered qualifying events, also trigger open enrollment upon the qualifying event. Open enrollment for current employees occurs annually, during spring/summer. Deductibles for premiums are paid a month in advance.
